RBG will create product specific Digital Order Forms, targeted specifically per vendor/by month of event to include the following:
- Product Images
- Brand Advertising
- UPC Information
- Retail Cost
- SRP
- Ship Dates
- Recommendation/Images of where product should be placed within retail locations.
All order forms will include a quality box for order placement along with processing to the grocery distributor for product fulfillment.
Reporting by SKU of sales dollars, location count, and shippers and/or open stock placed.

Product images will be included on RBG’s Annual Shipper Push Out Program Schedule:
- Posted on RBG website
- Sent once a month to all RBG members for communication of events
Shipper Push Out Program
Ordering Microsite
When you participate in our Shipper Push Out Program and our New Product Push Out Program, RBG will create a Microsite dedicated to your brand. RBG's Members can visit your dedicated online Ordering Microsite that brings together all your products, promotions and special offers. RBG Members can access it 24/7 to place orders for all offerings.
These digital order forms can contain specific information about your brand and products including:
- Brand/Product Advertising
- Product UPC Information
- Pricing
- SRP
- Special Promotion / Allowance offer
All orders placed will be facilitated through the members wholesale grocery distributor for product fulfillment.
Reporting by SKU of sales dollars, location count and quantity will be provided every quarter.
