The Hilton Gift Card is accepted at all hotels and resorts within the Hilton Portfolio. With the Hilton Gift Card, you open up a world of experiences worth sharing! This card can be used at on-property restaurants, retail shops, golf courses and spas, and cover any charge to the room. Plus, funds never expire.

What denominations are available for the Hilton Gift Card?

The Hilton Gift Card is available in denominations of $25, $50, $75, $100, $175, $250, $500.

Can the Hilton Gift Card be used outside of the U.S.?

Yes, The Hilton Gift Card is accepted at all hotels within the Hilton Portfolio.

Can I reload my Hilton Gift Card?

No, at this time, the Hilton Gift Card is not reloadable.

Does the Hilton Gift Card expire?

No, the Hilton Gift Card does not expire.

How long will it take for the Hilton Gift Card to be delivered once the order is submitted?

Upon setting up your Hilton Gift Card Corporate Account, you can place your orders directly through your dedicated Sales Associate.

Are there opportunities to co-brand the Hilton Gift Card?

Currently, there are no co-branding opportunities.

Can I included the Hilton logo and Hilton gift card image in my marketing materials?

Use of the Hilton branding requires approval. Hilton may authorize use of Hilton branding as part of offering the Hilton Gift Card in your program. You would work directly with RPG Card Services to be sure your creative meets all branding guidelines and are subject to Hilton, American Express and InComm Financial Services, Inc. approvals. Please allow 10-15 days for approval. Your dedicated Sales Associate can provide additional information.

Is there a minimum purchase requirement to purchase Hilton Gift Cards for my business?

Yes. The minimum for a corporate order is 10 cards or $500.

Can I purchase a Hilton Gift Card for any value I choose?

The Hilton Gift Card is available for purchase through our Corporate Sales Program in whole dollar denominations from $25 to $1,000.

How long will it take for the Hilton Business Gift Card to be delivered once the order is submitted?

For corporate orders, upon receipt of payment, your Hilton Gift Card order will be fulfilled within 3 business day. Depending on payment method and shipping option delivery times vary. It may take up to 5 business days for funds received by ACH to clear.
