Cold-brew coffee not to be confused with Iced-coffee is made by steeping coffee beans in cold water for 10-24 hours.  No heat is involved in this process.  It creates a brew of coffee that gives a different flavor profile from traditional brewing methods.  By using TIME rather than HEAT, the gentle extraction of cold-brew coffee yields a coffee like no other.  Pure cold-brew coffee that is perfectly balanced, distinctively smooth, and naturally sweet without the addition of dairy or sweeteners – it is so good you can drink it black!
